Our staycation concluded tonight with our annual Nats-Cubs game at Nationals Park. Fourth annual for Katie...and FIRST Cubs game for Michael! We got there plenty early for some playground action, batting practice, and a nice pre-game meal. Unfortunately, we had to cut it short after Katie got too scared by some of the stadium fireworks. But we beat the rain and, from the looks of it, the Cubs did just fine without us in route to a blowout victory in the series opener.

Cheap Seats
