Thanks to all of you who have been asking how Michael is faring. As you can see, the poor, little dude is still in pretty rough shape. Three pediatrician visits, nearly $100 (co-pays, antibiotics, Motrin, etc.), countless tissues, and a week later, he's not doing much better than when we started. Thankfully, the antibiotics seem to be taking care of the double ear infection, so his mood has perked up a little. But, he can't seem to shake the extremely NASTY sinus/upper respiratory thing going on in his head. His eyes are so puffy that we have likened him to a little Rocky Balboa. Hopefully, we can get our crazy happy Michael back soon!

Rocky Balboa

The irritable and miserable little boy you described yesterday is Kai exactly right now. He's teething his molars and is a cranky mess. Hopefully, he doesn't have an ear infection on top of it. If this keeps up we may take him to the Dr. just to be on the safe side.
We used receiving blankets as snot rags. They are soft so they don't rub their nose and essentially free. Hope things get healthy other there.
Awww, poor guy! If the cold he's got is anything like the one I've had for the last two weeks, I can vouch for how miserable he's feeling. This was one of the worst colds I've had in terms of head congestion pain. No fun at all, feel better Michael!
